But this institutionalism is nothing but an ornamentation word in correspondence and between sentences.

In our opinion, real institutionalism is to try to be institutional all the time, even if it is physically institutional.

Real institutionalism is the sum of pursuing endless innovations, increasing the happiness and welfare level of the people we work with, innovation, trust, always going forward, sacrificing some things in order not to compromise on quality, planned work and a million similar things.

We are a growing brand trying to be a corporate.

We want to be a company that you mention in big letters on your CV.

We want to be a centre where people want to work as much as parents and children want to enter.
